It is observed that United States foreign policy is developed and characterized by draft as well as incoherence. However, it is very stiff for organizations or the nations to make decision entirely on their own. As per the national interest, the countries have developed their own terms regarding how to survive and improve their situation in the global environment. The major purpose of the research is to find out how and at what extent the American foreign policies are affecting the business environment. Research questions What are aspects existing in American foreign policies affecting the organizations in United States? What interests are considered while making the foreign policies in United States? Factors associated with the foreign American policies influencing the business As mentioned by Challener (2015), trading policies, taxes and tariffs as well as monetary policy could fall within the platform of economic interests. It is observed that governments of United States endeavor to export the product to retail shelves in other foreign countries. In addition, the governments also put effort on protecting their local industries through the consumption of import tariffs as well as subside. The division of economic interests could be difficult to navigate as the governments might have multiple levels of control over the economy in different nations (Owens 2014). For example, China has a planned economy where the government takes the charge of the significant aspects of the market environment, which includes value of countrys currency. Likewise, the other Western Europe countries tend to build a mixed economy where the government has the authority to control the major industries like healthcare, banking but a large part of the economy remains uncontrolled. However, in the United States, all organizations as well as industries are at stake to uncontrolled market forces, despite governments initiatives on agriculture, finance and other industries (Hastedt 2014). Impact of the globalization of politics and American foreign policy for new business As opined by Cakmak and Gneysu (2013), though, the work of setting foreign policy remains difficult for long, having said considered that United States has many players and priorities in the game, setting policy for the business environment could be the easiest part. However, when it comes to implementation of the foreign policy, it could be difficult. For example, the when a nation eventually decides what it expects in the field of foreign relations, accomplishing their goals could turn out to be more difficult part of the task. Research methodology In order to conduct the proposed research, the secondary analysis will be conducted considering the outcome of the existing research. The research will implement two different type of data collection techniques namely quantitative and qualitative data collection. The data analysis will be conducted on the gaps found the existing research.
